  1. In every relationship the need to be happy will always mollify the need to know.
  2. Without hope or the illusion of it suffering is inexcusably intolerable.
  3. To love faultlessly one must believe in something with one’s whole heart.
  4. You can die under the debris of your yesterdays. Or you can stand on top of it and see the distant horizons of tomorrow. It is a choice.
  5. Trust is the greatest casualty of our times.
  6. Solitude is like a bridge to the other side. Those who cross it either become saints or insane.
  7. Your life, as you know it, is just a collection of memories you choose to remember over other equally real moments that you ignore.
  8. How can we not be lonely, each one of us, when gestures and words conceal more than they reveal. Our silence is the truth we refuse to see.
  9. The greatest tragedies of one’s life are, in spirit, of the same seed: the woman in your arms in not the woman in your heart.
  10. Nothing is so innocently simple and natural as love. Yet nothing is as treacherous or mutilated in practice.
  11. Marriage does not guarantee love. Nor religion faith. Institutions do not actuate emotions, they inspire rituals.
  12. Growing up, in a way, is imprisonment. For childhood is free from all prejudices to the joy of life.

  19. Marriage, often, is like opium. After the initial euphoria, it just makes us addicts chasing phantoms of happiness for life.
  20. I don’t love you is only the consequence. You don’t give me a reason to is the cause.
  21. Emotional Blackmail: “You cannot not love me because that would upset me!”
  22. I don’t think Time is Money. For I have a lot of the first and none of the latter. To console myself, I just compare me with those who have neither.
  23. Hell is having enough awareness but not enough courage to act on it.

  25. If you do not derive joy from doing what you do, do not do it. If your happiness costs another their rightfully earned moment of joy, don’t pursue that path either. Both are transgressions
  26. on your soul.
  27. Anyone can make a living. Only a rare few make a life.
  28. In today’s world, it is not the nightmares but the dreams that destroy and eventually, kill people.
  29. If you want to be happy, joyous and free, don’t go to a sage or guru. Just watch a child.
  30. The morning after the party she said I was great in bed. I was neither at the party not in her bed. But yet, I am flattered!
  31. God is Man’s desperate need for an explanation.
  32. If people who seek approval have low self-esteem, what about the people who clamor for applause?
  33. We maintain ambiguity in regard to all values because it helps us evade the responsibility of judging our own self by any inviolate standard.
  34. “…but I am only human,” is, by far, the biggest slap on the face of human race.
  35. Some depend on their intelligence to be successful. Most count on others stupidity.
  36. The desperation with which we seek friends everywhere is a sure sign that we are no longer friends with ourselves.
  37. Every child is born a dictator, lives to be plutocrat in denial and dies a disillusioned monarch.
  38. Finding water on other planets is a giant step for science. But it is finding clean water in our taps that would be a giant step for mankind.
  39. Self pity fills the void that self-esteem leaves behind.

  41. People believe it is the lucky ones that are happy in life. I would say those who know how to be happy are the real lucky ones.
  42. The greatest divide between men is not race, religion or color. It is in two simple words – “I want” and “I have to.”
  43. Genius can be defined as an individual’s capacity to change the way we experience the world.
  44. Some days the only sign that tells me I am alive is the sexual tension I feel when around beautiful women.

  70. Peace is not the absence of conflict. It is the presence of a conducive environment for growth.
  71. The ultimate purpose of evil is not to defeat the good. It is to obliterate our ability to discern between the two.
  72. Hate isn’t the enemy of love. Fear is. For it makes trust impossible.
  73. Death is reassuring for all the things it will bring to an end, and birth is terrifying for all the things the womb does unleash into our world.
  74. All your Angels will have to fall. Cause they are making a mockery of their job.
  75. You are not bored when you are afraid, when you are angry, or when you love, lust or hate. You are not bored when you are frustrated, or desperate. Boredom is the antithesis of life. It
  76. requires a numbness of nerves that posits death as its premise. Boredom is the sign that you are no longer, at least for the moment, alive.
  77. Indulgence of our imagination, my dear. Always an indulgence of our imagination. That’s what sustains our lives. What else is hope, god, dreams or love… except imaginary friends we
  78. present ourselves with – products of our fertile imagination.
  79. Ah! The difference between you and me, sir, is the difference between life and a life sentence.
  80. Sex: A form of intimacy between two condescending adults that is legal.
  81. You are the sum total of who you are and what I don’t want to know about you.
  82. People learn from their mistakes, at least many do, but curious-er gets the human tale when you start noticing what people consider as their mistakes.
  83. Life, in general, is made livable solely by the beauty and promise of its intention.
  84. Success, as I see it, is the mutually rewarding, and hence, harmonious relationship between your ability and ambition.
